There is a wealth of materials on inclusive business, much of which is inspired by the works of professors Stuart L. Hart and C. K. Prahalad, whom in 2004 published the article The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid. The article opened up for a world-wide debate on how to alleviate poverty through enterprise, and is now regarded as the starting point for the development of the inclusive business concept.
